I will be assigning the tasks on a per day basis so make sure you arrive at the venue an hour before the schedule. That means I will expect all of you to be there at the Atrium, at the PHP booth, by 2 pm.

And yes, eating and drinking are not allowed within the area. If you need to eat/drink/go to the restroom, please tell me so you can be relieved of your duties for a few minutes.

Volunteers who will be assigned at the photo-op area, please be reminded that we're not supposed to be touchy-friendly with the Muggles. We will have a standard robe at hand to lend to the Muggles so you don't have to lend them yours. Just hand them the standard robes and don't bother helping them with the clasp. I'm sure they can manage. And yes, to be on the safe side, no carrying of babies.

Volunteers who will be assigned at the booth, make sure you explain to the folks the nature of our community. We will have a business card (plus a standard flyer) ready for curious folks. Smile. Be pleasant. Smile

Volunteers who will be assigned to man the area (plus do walk-arounds) are supposed to encourage the Muggles to enter the vicinity and to explore the entire Warner grounds. Yes, make sure you keep an eye out for anything unusual, especially around the cabinets and costumes area. The cabinets have locks, yes, but the costumes will be in full display so let's all take a leaf from my Uncle Moody's book, shall we? Constant vigilance!

uhm, as for my questions, I'm not exactly familiar with the vicinity, so, which MRT station ang mas okay na babaan if I'm going to walk towards Megastrip, when the mall is still closed? Which side is Starbucks located? Mega A or Mega B?
