New Material: SS Chapters 8-11 (SPOILERS)

Hi guys!
Since more and more PHP members are getting into Pottermore and experiencing the magic, perhaps it's time to open threads for specific topics. I'm sure y'all are eager to discuss the new materials, from JK Rowling herself, found in Pottermore. After all, those new tidbits about the world we love and characters we grew up with are the biggest lure of the site, right?

But I think I'm most interested in the 'original forty'.
Mainly because it still didn't reveal which of these kids are the two other Gryff girls in Harry's year.

I agree, I find Minerva's story warm and also sad at the same time. Do you have any problems brewing potions? Basically, it's just like trying to collect house points for your houses. The more one brews, the more points one has. It's supposedly a friendly competition that also teaches teamwork and camaraderie.

OMgosh, I love the Original Forty and the Ghost Plots. J. K. Rowling writes just enough for us wanting more.

btw, about the potions, yeah it's fascinating (and superbly irritating, how the bottles react when handled hahaha!). Just got the hang of it a while ago. There's new stuff for Quirrell, tho for me it does seem a bit satisfying already. At least there's the general idea now as to how Voldy got him..
